After a long day, Ted finally got back to his small room, feeling tired. He had started working at seven in the morning and was occupied with all the teaching work until eight in the evening. However, instead of being discouraged, he found himself filled with a sense of achievement. After graduation, inspired by the wonderful teachers from his hometown, he had volunteered to teach in a rural village. At first, bringing lots of books with him, Ted travelled to the remote village with an eager heart. But he soon discovered that not everything lived up to his expectations. A typical day for him was filled not only with tiring teaching tasks, but also with all kinds of daily chores. What gave him the most comfort were the lovely kids, who respected him deeply. They showed their gratitude and admiration by working hard in class and offering help with his daily routine. Ted was so moved that he had already made up his mind to continue his volunteer teaching. Now, looking back, Ted feels it is a privilege to be part of their lives, making as much of a difference as possible.
