生活中总有一些让人难以忍受的事发生，这样的时候不妨要大胆表达出来，这时候今天这个短语就非常适用。

动词“”的意思非常丰富，随便数数都能数出十多种来，在这个表达中，take的意思是指“to be able to bear”，即“能忍受”之意，或者说“能不带抱怨地接受（accept an unpleasant situation without complaining）”
